Girls, you still want to appear your best. For us gals, exercise can mean different things. For some of us, exercise is a chore and torture; let alone trying to look pretty with perspiration streaming down our face. For others, no matter what we are doing, we have to look cute!
Don't despair. You can still look good during a workout. In fact, there are many fun outfits that will make you feel like you want to get through your workout. First of all, you must choose comfort more than anything else. While working out, you want to wear cheap lingerie clothing that allows you to move comfortably. Tight clothing is a no-no when it comes to exercising. So don't try going to the gym in tight pants.
Earlier, women were told to wait at least for 5-6 weeks before starting the exercises. Now, the wait time is over. It is safe to start with light workouts within few days of delivery unless you have some complication associated with your pregnancy. Talk to your doctor about it and start when he/she gives you the green signal.
So, when your doctor says it is okay to start the foremost thing to do is:
· Be Comfortable
Because you are breast feeding it might uncomfortable for you to do a few exercises. Wear a supportive bra and comfortable clothing.
· Work On Your Abs
To lose pounds around your waist requires precise abs workouts. Exercising specific abs exercises will help you to look slim.
It is advised that you wear the clothes on your back and pack no additional sets of clothes. You'll get issued new uniforms when you arrive to the reception battalion on the first day. The civilian's clothes you brought with you will not be used anyway till graduation day.
Wear jeans and a casual t-shirt. (no obscene graphics, no halter tops, cut-off t-shirts and no shorts)
Pair of comfortable casual tennis shoes suitable for walking and extended standing.
